The clothes aren’t eternal and can break, leaving you vulnerable, but there’s a variety of options available, though you can only wear one at a time. This mod replaces all weapons except the chainsaw, and items like medikits now provide scraps to repair armor.
Be warned: it contains fanservice with adult themes, but no explicit nudity.
